Marcus Rashford has admitted he’d love for Jadon Sancho to sign for Manchester United this summer and that he has all the ingredients to be a world class player
The Borussia Dortmund star has been heavily linked with a move to United after enjoying yet another stellar season in Germany.
Sancho has registered an impressive 17 goals and 19 assists in all competitions this season and United are now one of the frontunners to sign the teenage sensation after Liverpool reportedly bowed out of the race.

Rashford has seen Sancho’s talents up close and personal, having played alongside him on England duty, and admitted he’d be a great signing for United.
Speaking on an Instagram Q&A with Bleacher Report, Rashford said: ‘It obviously would be good, Sancho’s a great player, a new generation player.
‘It’s definitely exciting to watch him become the player he’s becoming.
‘Hopefully we can all play together that would be good.’

Asked what it was about Sancho that set him apart, Rashford added: ‘He plays off the cuff, he’s creative, imaginative, I think they’re the things you need to do to be world class.’
United and Chelsea are both in hot pursuit of Sancho but are unwilling to meet Dortmund’s £100million valuation, though the Old Trafford club are understood to be prepared to offer close to that.
United have reportedly been in touch with Sancho’s agent but are reluctant to submit any formal approach, especially due to the uncertainty of the transfer window because of the coronavirus pandemic.

Former United defender Rio Ferdinand believes Old Trafford would be the perfect place for Sancho and also urged his former club to make a move for Tottenham striker Harry Kane, who could leave in the summer if they fail to secure Champions League football next season.
Speaking on his own Q&A, Ferdinand said: ‘I want Jadon to go to a team where he will play, improve and get trophies.
‘He’s been linked with United, Chelsea, PSG but I think United is the place for him to go because I’m biased.
‘Rashford, Martial, Kane, Sancho, that would intimate a lot of centre-halves before a whistle is blown. Definitely.’
