Neighbours star Olympia Valance puts her one-bedroom apartment in Melbourne’s Southbank on the market for $550,000
Olympia Valance is hoping to sell her apartment for more than half a one million dollars.
The Neighbours star, 27, has lived in the property for two years but decided to sell because her work schedule requires frequent travel.
The one-bedroom apartment overlooks Melbourne‘s Southbank neighbourhood and is only a short walk from the city’s prominent arts district.

Olympia purchased the property for $480,000 in 2018 and completely renovated the interior, giving it a fresh, modern feel.
The open plan home has wooden floorboards throughout.
It also boasts a spacious kitchen with plenty of bench space and a four-person island bench with a marble finish.

Real estate agency Marshall White describes the apartment complex, Southbank Gardens, as a tight-knit community.

It comes after Olympia and her boyfriend, Thomas Bellchambers, bought a two-bedroom cottage in Daylesford, Victoria.
It is believed the secluded property was purchased by the couple in December for $587,000 and the deal was settled on Valentine’s Day.
Olympia debuted her relationship with the Essendon Bombers player last June.
