Avert your eyes! First Dates star suffers huge wardrobe malfunction and accidentally flashes EVERYTHING at her modest match – leaving the restaurant staff horrified

First Dates Australia endured one of its most awkward moments last week.

As the show returned to Channel Seven, Brittany McQuade, 23, suffered a wardrobe malfunction and accidentally flashed her date, teacher James Alexander, 27.

‘Oh my god, I can see her vagina!’ exclaimed a waitress to another member of staff in the Sydney restaurant they were in, horrified at the blonde’s unfortunate luck.

The mishap occurred at the end of their date, as Brittany put her lace-up heels on.

Pushing her chair back and lifting one leg up to fasten the shoe, the model appeared oblivious to the fact her tiny black dress was no longer protecting her modesty.

‘We’re almost ready, I’ve got to do the shoelace up. I didn’t really think this through,’ she said, as James averted his eyes and looked to the ceiling.

‘Just roll with it, you’ll be alright,’ he politely responded, hoping she’d drop her leg.

‘There we go! Wardrobe malfunction,’ said Brittany once she’d secured her shoes.

Before suffering the wardrobe malfunction, Brittany revealed her surprising day job to James, and the famous Australian lolly her family created decades ago.

‘So Monday to Friday involves lollies and Willy Wonka! My great-grandfather invented Sherbet Bombs,’ she said, explaining she works for the family candy business.

Joking about the date on Instagram last week, the blonde revealed that she hoped it had been cut from the show, as it was filmed in early 2019.

‘Hahaha I think we were all hoping we got the snip,’ she laughed to a friend.

First Dates Australia airs every Tuesday at 9pm on Channel Seven.
