A mother-of-three who called herself ‘the three boobed lady’ after botched surgery left her with misshapen breasts has told how she refused to let her boyfriend see her naked for four years.
Sandra from Simi Valley, California, broke down in tears as she explained how she felt like a ‘circus freak’ after a routine breast augmentation to boost her chest size to a C-cup went badly wrong.
Afterwards she wouldn’t let partner Mike touch her breasts and couldn’t even look at herself in the mirror with no clothes on.

During an appearance on E! show Botched, mother-of-three Sandra called herself ‘the three boobed lady’ after the botched surgery left her with misshapen and lumpy breasts
Sandra consults with doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif on E!’s Botched to see whether it’s possible to fix her misshapen breasts – and breaks down in tears when she’s informed the procedure is ‘very risky’.
Speaking during her consultation, Sandra admitted: ‘I don’t feel sexy. I just hid it from myself.
‘Mike never sees me naked, ever. I am so embarrassed. I can’t even look at myself.’
She recalled how she just wanted to undergo a routine breast augmentation, adding: ‘I told the plastic surgeon, “I don’t want to go big. I just want a normal C” – a small C would’ve been perfect.

‘And for the most part, that’s what I thought I was getting. Until I woke up from surgery.’
It was then that her surgeon admitted to her that he ‘must’ve done something wrong’.
But according to Sandra, his attempt to fix the mistake only made things worse – and she hasn’t been back to him since.
Dr. Dubrow admitted: ‘Sandra, I’ve got to tell you, we have this expression in breast revisional surgery called malposition.
‘It means that the breast implant is not in the right place. You have the most dramatic example of malposition I’ve ever seen in my entire career.’

Dr. Dubrow revealed that one of Sandra’s implants had shifted, however during her operation, he was able put the implant right behind the breast
Though the Botched doctors were eager to help, they made it clear that it was not going to be easy.
‘This is extraordinarily hard operation and very, very risky,’ Dr Dubrow warned.
He observed that Sandra previously had capsular contraction, which the other surgeon attempted to fix by creating an entirely new pocket outside of the original pocket.
During the operation, Dr Dubrow was able to close down the extra pocket and put the implant right behind the breast.
In order to tighten this skin, he was forced to insert a suction device. Once this was inserted, he moved to the left breast, where he replaced the implant and did a lift.

Dr Dubrow said: ‘Sandra just had a very difficult surgery, it’s going to require a lot of recovery and maybe a little bit of luck’

‘But I can tell you that, if this works, she should be extraordinarily happy.’
Much to her relief, Sandra’s breasts healed nicely, leaving her feeling ‘sexy and secure’.
At the end of the episode she revealed she has since split from Mike.
‘Dr Dubrow fixed by three boobs but no-one could fix the problems in my relationship,’ she said. ‘I don’t need to be sexy for anyone but myself.’
