‘I’ve found myself still in my pajamas at two o’clock in the afternoon’: Michelle Bridges opens up about her life in isolation as she poses for a cute selfie with son Axel

Michelle Bridges has opened up about life in isolation during the coronavirus pandemic.

The personal trainer told Channel Seven’s The Morning Show that she’s found the restrictions difficult because she’s usually such a regimented and active person.

‘I’ve always been that person to say habits, rituals, and routines – and I think now more than ever, they’re the things that we have to cling to in order to have some normality,’ the 49-year-old.

‘I do find that if I get up in the morning, and I get some exercise done, it really sets me up for the day – both physically and mentally as well,’ she continued.

Despite sticking to a routine, Michelle admitted that she still has her lazy days from time to time.

‘That being said, I still have found myself in my pajamas at two o’clock in the afternoon, so hey, I’m not perfect!’

‘Verified Fun Friday!’ she captioned the photo.

‘ISO whilst trying to work, got us feeling like,’ she added, followed by a silly face emoji.

Meanwhile, Michelle’s post comes amid a challenging past few months, where she received a drink driving charge and split from partner Steve ‘Commando’ Willis.

Michelle blew 0.086 when she was pulled over in her Range Rover with son Axel in the car about 11.25am on Australia Day.

After she was charged on January 26, Michelle released a statement claiming she was going through a ‘very difficult time’ following her split from Steve, 43.

Michelle and Steve met while filming The Biggest Loser in 2007, at a time when they were both in relationships with other people.

They began dating in 2015, after splitting from their respective partners, and welcomed Axel in December that year.
