The couple started dating at the end of last year, after working alongside one another on The X Factor: Celebrity.
They left the UK from Gatwick Airport in March, shortly after Britain entered government mandated lockdown.
Their decision to leave London came despite a recommendation from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) to avoid all ‘non-essential’ travel abroad.
The couple divide their time between Nicole’s Los Angeles home and the English capital.

Before leaving the health conscious couple advised fans to ‘stay safe’ while sharing their intense home workouts on social media.
Since departing they have celebrated Thom’s birthday, with Nicole sharing a video of herself serenading the former rugby player after he turned 35 on April 2nd.
Meanwhile, The Pussycat Dolls have cancelled their reunion tour amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Bandmate Ashley Roberts, 38, announced the news on Instagram and revealed that shows will be postponed until October as she shared an image of the rescheduled dates.
