The former TOWIE star, 33, was spotted shirtless wearing only a pair of grey Nike shorts as he collected the stunning selection of yellow blooms.

The fitness fanatic displayed his gym honed physique as he collected the impressive bunch of flowers from the delivery lady.
His chosen bouquet included yellow roses, lilies and an abundance of foliage.
Mark looked delighted with his purchase and undoubtedly Michelle will also be thrilled to receive the summery bouquet.

Mark’s shirtless display comes after he recently revealed some of the secrets to his ripped physique after finding a whole new army of fans with his lockdown workouts.
The presenter confessed that despite preconceptions he spends hours in the gym, his friends actually call him ‘a chubby boy waiting to break out.’
Mark also revealed that he first caught the fitness bug when he was dropped from the Tottenham youth football academy at a young age for gaining too much weight.
Speaking to The Sun, Mark said that since going into lockdown he’s been more determined than ever to maintain his fitness regime, saying he’s found he works harder exercising at home.

The star insisted that he’s no stranger to the odd beer or takeaway, and exercises 20 to 30 minutes a day for up to five times a week.
He said: ‘People see me now and say, ”He’s naturally fit — it’s genetics.” But I’m absolutely not.
‘My mates call me a ‘chubby boy waiting to break out’ because I love my food.
‘And, just like anyone else, if I get lazy and stop working out, I soon notice that bit of flab creeping on.’

Mark insisted that consistency and balance are the secret to staying so toned, and he’s now on a mission to get the nation in shape during the lockdown.

As Jamie joked: ‘Three months with Mark in lockdown must take its toll as well, doesn’t it?’, Michelle responded: ‘It feels like it’s been six months already Jamie! It feels like it’s been six months already.’
After Amanda complimented Michelle’s immaculate kitchen, the brunette beauty said: ‘Thank you, it’s not like that when Mark gets down for breakfast.
Revealing he was still in bed at 8:15am, she added: ‘Yeah, and he had the cheek – he had the cheek – to moan to me this morning for making too much noise.
‘I went “you get up every morning first and make a racket!” The one time I do it!’
