Brooks and his dog Koda are isolating in Idaho while Julianne remains in Los Angeles.

‘She’s in her place doing her own thing, he’s in his place doing his own thing. They’re both staying fairly isolated on their own,’ a source told People.

‘In a lot of way, absolutely nothing has changed – which is weird because for most people, quarantine has either brought you closer together or driven you further apart,’ their insider said.

Adding that Brooks was ‘living the simple life in nature, which makes him happy.’

The source noted that ‘their relationship has always been like this, though – they like to do their own thing.’

Despite isolating separately, ‘They just have so much love for one another and just want to make sure the other one is at their best and the happiest they can be. They are staying present and in the moment. This is the way it looks for right now,’ E! News source said.

They tied the knot in an outdoor wedding on Lake Coeur d’Alene, Idaho on July 8, 2017.
