‘Listening to how my body feels’: The Biggest Loser’s Fiona Falkiner shares her new exercise routine to help with fertility – ahead of welcoming a child with fiancée Hayley Willis
Former Biggest Loser host Fiona Falkiner revealed last week that she’s trying for a child with fiancée Hayley Willis.
And on Friday, the 37-year-old told shared her new exercise routine to aid fertility.
In an Instagram Story post, Fiona said she’s ‘really listening’ to how her ‘body feels’.

Dressed in a black crop top and burgundy leggings, Fiona shared a fast-forward clip of herself performing a workout on a yoga mat in her Sydney home.
The curve model took herself through squats, a yoga sun salute series, kneeling push-ups and bicycle crunches (abdominal work).
Fiona, who is a fan of Orange Theory’s high-intensity interval training workouts, captioned the video: ‘[I] have changed up my training lately. I either go for a walk or a gentle stretch and some yoga/Pilates.’

In an Instagram post last Wednesday, Fiona hinted that she was trying to conceive a child through IVF.
‘Fertility can be a scary word we don’t really like to talk about,’ the TV star wrote.

She then spoke of her own journey, adding: ‘Every day is hard, I have never questioned myself and my body so much.
‘Trying to do all the things to make myself the perfect home for a little human, but sometimes even that is not enough.’
Fiona concluded by revealing how the process can be physically and mentally challenging.

Fiona was inundated with a number of followers who told her they too had a difficult time on their IVF journeys.
The brand ambassador announced her engagement to sports reporter Hayley, in April last year.

According to a report in Woman’s Day magazine in June last year, the couple had plans to adopt.
‘Being a mother is something Fiona has always wanted to do, and she has the full support of her family,’ a source claimed at the time.
‘Fiona and Hayley aren’t worried about moving fast – their bond is so strong, and this is the next natural step.’
