Flipping Out star Jeff Lewis revealed that he had his regrets about splitting with Gage Edward amid their bitter custody battle over their three-year-old daughter Monroe.
The 50-year-old television personality recently took to his Radio Andy to make the revelation that he had reconciliation on his mind despite the nasty split with Edward but those feelings recently dissipated.
Jeff confessed that ‘many times over the last year’ he has ‘had feelings for him and I feel like I have regret and, you know, and I go through it, and especially when we have like really nice exchanges and things like that.’

However the recent texts Gage sent him on ‘I think it was Sunday or Monday’ have persuaded Jeff ‘that this is where I’m supposed to be, like not with him. Because what he’ll do is, and I remember this so distinctly – I will say something with pure intentions and he misinterprets it, like I have, like as an insult or an attack.’
He further explained: ‘It’s such a dealbreaker for me that it just like: “Ugh! This is what I can’t stand!”‘
Jeff also claimed he asked Gage how much child support he wanted, prompting Gage to text: ‘How dare you try to bribe me?’
The reality star fumed that ‘I will say something with pure intentions and he misinterprets it like I have, like as an insult or an attack.’

Gage’s only public response to Jeff’s new remarks was to tell People: ‘I cannot comment on pending litigation.’
‘We’ve been in contact for the last couple weeks and it’s been very civil, friendly but then of course, me, who you know, I really just want to resolve all these issues and move past this, and so I started bringing it up, which was probably a bad idea.’
Jeff added: ‘But I did say: “You know, what is it that you want? Like, what is – just tell me what you want.” He’s like, you know, and he goes like: “I want 50% custody.”‘
The reality star continued: ‘”Okay, but the financial end of things we’ve never talked about before,” I said. “But now that’s apparently an issue for you, because you told me you didn’t want child support but now you do. What are you looking for?”‘
To hear him tell it: Jeff also claimed he asked Gage how much child support he wanted, prompting Gage to text: ‘How dare you try to bribe me?’
Jeff noted that ‘then there’s that other lawsuit, the civil lawsuit, the hundred grand, all of that, he wants attorney’s fees, whatever.’
Gage has sued Jeff to the tune of $125,000 for alleged breach of an oral contract, The Blast reported this March citing court documents.
The suit claims that Gage loaned Jeff $125,000 during their relationship and that Jeff has ‘failed to repay Plaintiff the money owed.’

Jeff said on Radio Andy last week that he wanted to find out from Gage: ‘What do you want? And let me see if I can do that.’
His assessment of himself was that he was ‘trying to be generous. This is me trying to move past this and solve all these problems. Well, a couple hours later he sent me a couple really nasty texts, like: “How dare you try to bribe me?” I’m like: “This is not a bribe. This is me trying to settle things. This is me trying to mediate.”‘
Gage and Jeff broke up last year after a decade together and have since been wrangling over both money and custody of Monroe.
Shortly after his split from Gage, Jeff briefly dated a chiropractor, and in September he went public as an item with his latest beau Scott Anderson.

However on his Radio Andy show three weeks ago Jeff announced that he and Scott have decided to close the curtain on their romance.
Jeff has frequently aired out the details of his personal and legal problems on his SiriusXM Radio program for Radio Andy.
His indiscretion has led to trouble before as when he blasted Monroe’s posh Montessori preschool last year, resulting in her expulsion.
