Millie Mackintosh looks radiant as she gets dressed up for a date night with husband Hugo Taylor

She welcomed her first child, a baby girl, with husband Hugo Taylor last month.

And Millie Mackintosh looked simply radiant in a colourful ensemble as she prepared for a date night with her Made In Chelsea co-star beau, 34, on Saturday.

The new mum, 30, flashed a smile and raised a glass of red wine as she revealed she ‘managed to get dressed up’ for a cosy evening with her partner. 

In the Instagram snap, Millie sported a multicoloured, floral number which featured a sweet keyhole detail at the neck. 

The star wore her blonde tresses and allowed them to flow over her smoulders, while she went make-up free for her date.

Captioning the snap, Millie wrote: ‘Managed to get dressed up for date night #5weekspostpartum #newmama.’

The post was soon flooded with supportive messages from her fans, with many prising her for how good she looked five weeks after giving birth.  

Last week, Millie took to Instagram to honour her ‘darling’ husband Hugo on his 34th birthday. 

The reality starlet uploaded a cosy snap with her former Made In Chelsea co-star, as she cuddled up to him while he grinned, holding a birthday cake.

She captioned the image: ‘Happy Birthday my darling @hugotaylorlondon. So excited for all our adventures together as a family!’

The pair looked summery as Millie wore a checked black and white flowy sundress, her honeyed locks loosely falling around her features.

Hugo perched on a stool on a navy polo shirt and white shorts.

Both were bare-foot as they posed for the picture in their airy London kitchen.

Millie shared the first social media picture of her baby daughter the previous week, with the sweet snap seeing her hold her beautiful newborn alongside Hugo. 

Wearing a pretty floral prairie-style dress she looked the epitome of happiness as she showed off her new family.

She wrote: ‘The first four weeks of your life have been the best four weeks of mine. Thank you for making me a Mummy darling girl.’ 

Millie and Hugo welcomed their baby on May 1 and are yet to release her name, although Millie has been sporting an ‘S’ initial necklace.

Five days after the birth, Hugo expressed his gratitude towards his fans for their support after they welcomed their ‘darling girl’ into the world. 

He wrote : ‘The three of us are very grateful’. 

The media personalities announced the happy news to Hello! Magazine as they said: ‘We are delighted to announce the arrival of our darling girl who arrived on Friday 1 May at 1:21pm, weighing a very healthy seven pounds. 

‘We are eternally grateful to the doctors, nurses and midwives for taking such good care of us. Mum and baby are both doing incredibly well and we are looking forward to bringing our daughter home and spending time together as a family.’
