Louise Thompson showcases her enviable physique in a slew of sizzling bikini snaps

She has been keeping her followers entertained during lockdown by flaunting her enviable physique. 

And Louise Thompson took to Instagram once again on Sunday with a slew of sizzling bikini snaps.

The Made In Chelsea star, 30, slipped into a white floral two piece, which boasted eye-catching statement sleeves.

She let her tousled blonde tresses fall loosely down to her waist as she posed up a storm for the cameras.

Louise smouldered against a simple white backdrop as she clutched an oversized peony.

The TV personality uploaded the snap alongside a caption that read: ‘it’s the weeeeeeeekeennnnndddddd⁣. Ps. I swear my garden’s got the best real flare game [sic].’

Last month, Louise admitted to struggling as she revealed that life had ‘tested’ her.

Alongside a snap of pretty pink and white peonies, the fitness fanatic shared a lengthy caption in which she suggested that despite her challenges, there are some things that were simply out of her control.

She wrote: ‘Life has tested me this week. I’m not going to go into the deets but there have been a few incidences that have had the potential to really F*** WITH MY FLOW.⁣⁣⁣

‘On top of that koji got sick, which freaked me out, adding stress to the already compounding issues. Thankfully everything is going to be ok with him, but it certainly grounded me to a halt. ⁣⁣⁣

‘The truth is life is full of ebs and flows (despite what you see on perfect insta ‘remember’) and in reality there is little that we CAN control except for our own thoughts, feelings and actions…’

She went on to give a list of things in life that people can and cannot control.

She continued: ‘Things you can control:⁣⁣⁣ your attitude⁣⁣⁣, your words⁣⁣⁣, your actions⁣⁣⁣, your manners⁣⁣⁣, how forgiving you are⁣⁣, how you treat your body⁣⁣⁣, your gratitude⁣⁣⁣, being kind to others⁣⁣⁣, how honest you are⁣⁣⁣, what books you read⁣⁣⁣, who your friends are⁣⁣⁣, time spent worrying⁣⁣⁣, how you speak to yourself⁣⁣⁣, when to say I love you ⁣⁣and  judgement of others.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

‘Things you can’t control…⁣⁣⁣ basically everything else, but namely:⁣⁣ what other people think of you⁣⁣⁣, what other people do⁣⁣⁣, what happens around you⁣⁣, the outcome of your efforts⁣⁣⁣ and the passage of time⁣⁣⁣.’

The reality star continued: ‘Incredible change can occur in your life when you decide to take control of what you DO have power over instead of craving control over what you don’t⁣⁣⁣.

‘I love this quote:⁣⁣⁣ Life is to be lived, not controlled; and humanity is won by continuing to play in face of certain defeat. ⁣⁣ It makes so much sense.⁣⁣⁣

‘Anyway, when we walked back from the vet I saw these astonishing beautiful peonies and I don’t know why but it made me realise how small and insignificant my BS was, and in a flash I gained perspective. Ryan very generously bought me some to add a hint of colour (and cheer) to our home and to my mood, and now I can’t not smile when I see them. ⁣⁣⁣

‘Remember, there is no such thing as a perfect life or even a perfect day. I promise you no one is living one.’

Louise’s profound message comes after she hit back with a defiant bikini snap when one of her Instagram followers suggested her fiancé Ryan Libbey must ‘long to be with someone with a feminine body’. 

The TV personality urged people to ‘think before you speak’ and ‘keep negative thoughts to yourself’, while insisting her personal trainer beau, 29, is attracted to ‘self-love’ and ‘individuality’.

Louise took to her Instagram stories after one of her followers messaged her privately to imply she had a masculine body by recalling something one of her friends had said.

In a lengthy caption, she called out the troll for their comments before going on to preach about her own self-worth and implied she wouldn’t let this affect her positivity going forward.
