Paddy McGuinness ‘cheats death after losing control and crashing his £250k Lamborghini supercar while filming Top Gear’

Paddy McGuiness is said to have cheated death after surviving a crash when he lost control of his supercar while filming Top Gear on Tuesday.

The presenter, 46, was driving a £250k Lamborghini Diablo supercar for the BBC show when he reportedly misjudged a corner and crashed in the Yorkshire Dales.

Paramedics and police crew were on hand to help Paddy following the incident, and it has been confirmed by The Sun that he is just ‘a bit shaken’.

A source speaking to the publication claimed: ‘Paddy is fine but a bit shaken as anyone would be when having a scare at speed.

‘It could have been a lot worse. There’s always paramedics and police on a Top Gear shoot so he was in good hands for a onceover but he’s smiling as ever.’

Paddy’s fellow presenters Freddie Flintoff and Chris Harris are not believed to have been at the scene when he crashed, as the TV personality was reportedly testing the car alone on the stretch of road when he span out.

MailOnline have contacted Paddy’s representatives for comment.
