Michelle Bridges looks far younger than her 49 years.
And on Friday, the personal trainer revealed the secrets to her taut and youthful complexion as she enjoyed a professional light treatment.
Posting a photo of herself on Instagram receiving the treatment at Sydney’s All Saints Clinic, Michelle wrote: ‘In my happy place.’

‘Thank you All Saints Clinic for such incredible skincare advice,’ she added.
She then posted a customised serum she received from the clinic, which was created specifically for her skin.
‘Okay, I’m very pumped about my new skincare regimen,’ she gushed.

The serum was created by her cosmetic surgeon Dr. Joseph Ajaka and the clinic using ingredients from Universkin Australia.
It’s unclear how much the custom concoction set Michelle back.
Earlier this month, Michelle hinted that she’s about to start an exciting ‘new chapter’ in life.

She shared the news to Instagram, saying she was looking forward to the ‘next adventure’ with her four-year-old son Axel.
It follows a tumultuous year for the former Biggest Loser trainer who split from partner Steve ‘Commando’ Willis in January.

Michelle and Steve met while filming The Biggest Loser in 2007, at a time when they were both in relationships with other people.
They began dating in 2015, after splitting from their respective partners, and welcomed Axel in December that year.
The couple announced their shock split in January.
