And it seems Marissa Rancan, 62, was keen to sweat out some of her frustrations during an intense boxing session before her elimination went to air.
The former aerobics instructor was spotted punching up a storm with her personal trainer at Sydney’s Balmoral Beach on Sunday.

Marissa, who was once part of the iconic 1980s aerobics group The Rancan Sisters, demonstrated her impressive strength as she pummelled the trainer’s punching pads with gusto.
Dressed for action, Marissa wore a blue T-shirt, black mini shorts and a pair of white sneakers.
The glamazon wore her blonde tresses out and accentuated her famous facial features with a layer of heavy makeup.

During the session, a determined-looking Marissa was seen skilfully pulling off a number of boxing moves, including jabs, upper cuts and cross punches.
Making sure to work out her entire body, the fitness enthusiast also took some time to perform a set of lunges and hamstring stretches.
Marissa, the oldest housemate to compete on Big Brother this year, was sent packing on Monday night’s episode after being nominated alongside Keiran Davidson.

After receiving her marching orders Marissa expressed her disbelief, telling the cameras: ‘I’m 61 but I know I’ve been a strong contender in this game. That’s a good thing but it’s also a bad thing.’
‘I can’t believe I’m out… the game has turned up to extra hot,’ she lamented.
Speaking to Perth Now about her time in the house, Marissa said she’s proud to have demonstrated that age is not a number but a state of mind.

Meanwhile, Marissa has previously expressed her desire to remain in the spotlight after leaving Big Brother, telling New Idea magazine that she’d love to compete in another reality show.
‘I’d like to do more dance. If Dancing with the Stars ever happens for me, I’d be really happy… I always say, ‘Never say never to anything!” she told the publication.

Marissa, Adele and Lisa Rancan opened their first aerobics gym in 1981 and soon gyrated their way to fame with regular spots on breakfast TV.
However, their fame was short lived and the group disbanded in 1988.
While Adele and Lisa still run a studio focusing on Pilates and Barre, Marissa followed her passion and became a makeup artist.
‘We’re not as close as we were. Like all families… as you grow older you drift apart,’ she told New Idea, adding: ‘But if someone wanted to do a fitness collaboration with me, I’d never say no – fitness has always been a part of my life!’
