Rappers Remy Ma, 40, and Papoose, 42, are expecting their second child together.
Papoose confirmed the news on Monday in an interview on Fox Soul’s Out Loud With Claudia Jordan, saying the pair are going to have a baby on the way ‘real soon.’
‘I love being with my family,’ Papoose said during the interview. ‘I get to spend so much time with my amazing wife and my amazing daughter.’

He added: ‘I’m just making the best out of it, and we’re moving forward. Some good things are coming out of this. We’re going to have a new child real soon.’
Remy – real name Reminisce Mackie – and Papoose – real name Shamele Mackie – have been married since 2008, and welcomed their first child, daughter Reminisce Mackenzie, ten years later in December 2018.
The rapper has been open about her fertility struggles while appearing in the reality series Love & Hip Hop: New York, where she revealed that she struggled to conceive after suffering an ectopic pregnancy.

Eventually going through IVF treatment and having their first child together, they nicknamed Reminisce ‘The Golden Child.’
Remy also has a son named Janafi from a previous relationship and she is stepmother to Papoose’s other three children – his daughters Dejanae, Shemele and Destiny.
She recently faced assault and other related charges for allegedly punching her Love & Hip Hop co-star Brittney Taylor, 30, at a benefit concert at Irving Plaza in April last year.
However, charges were dropped when prosecutors said conflicting evidence in the case by witnesses unaffiliated with either party made it impossible to prove.
