Cat Deeley shares a rare snap of her sons Milo and James making the most of the great outdoors

She has been embracing lockdown in the U.K. with her husband Patrick Kielty and their children.

And Cat Deeley showed she was every inch the doting mother with an adorable rare snap of her two boys enjoying the great outdoors on Thursday.

The TV presenter, 43, posted a picture of Milo, four and James, sitting on a tree stump, captioned ‘lads on a log’. 

Cat dressed James in an adorable Breton striped top paired with grey joggers, with Milo donning a cute grey sweatshirt with the slogan ‘brother’. 

The mother-of-two also posted an adorable video of James blowing the fluff from a dandelion on her Instagram story. 

The former children’s TV presenter was heard telling her youngest to puff ‘harder’ on the flower before he resorted to shaking off the seeds in the video, captioned ‘if at first you don’t succeed…’ 

Cat was praising James, pictured with blonde curly locks, for his effort and exclaimed: ‘Yay, you found a way!’  

The television personality, who made a name for herself in the US as the host of So You Think You Can Dance?, recently revealed she is ‘done’ with children and has no desire to try for a girl.

‘No, I think I’m done. I love my boys. I can’t believe how lucky I am to have them,’ she told Closer magazine. ‘I’m good, I think. Ask me again in 12 months’ time!’

‘Being a working mum of two is kind of like a massive juggle, where you throw all the balls up in the air and you try to keep them all up there.’

Cat and husband Patrick, 49, were friends for 10 years before their relationship turned romantic.

The pair met when they presented Fame Academy together in 2002 and remained pals for almost a decade before making their debut as a couple in March 2012.

They tied the knot just six months later in a traditional Catholic ceremony in Rome, Italy, in September 2012, which was an intimate affair with just six friends and family members in attendance each.
