Dua Lipa joins beau Anwar Hadid’s mother Yolanda for a stroll in NYC

She was recently reunited with her boyfriend’s family in America after an emotional four months apart due to the coronavirus pandemic.

And Dua Lipa enjoyed a relaxing stroll with her beau Anwar Hadid’s mother Yolanda in New York City on Wednesday.

The Don’t Start Now hitmaker, 24, cut a casual figure as she showcased her toned physique in a white structured corset top with a deep plunging neckline.

Dua teamed the item of clothing with a pair of frayed denim shorts, which she left unbuttoned on the waist as a style statement.

Adding some luxury touches, the singer opted for a pair of Gucci socks, black platform trainers and a collection of gold jewellery. 

Dua styled her blonde dip dyed locks into a sweptback bun and added just a slick of make-up to enhance her stunning features.

Meanwhile Yolanda, 56, opted for a pair of black patterned gym leggings which she teamed with a T-shirt.

The mother of supermodels Bella and Gigi, finished her look with a pair of Nike trainers and an orange baseball cap, which she tucked her blonde ponytail into.

Adding some luxury details, Yolanda opted for diamond stud earrings and blue sunglasses. 

The duo took cautious measures as they both donned face masks for their stroll in the Big Apple amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Later in the day, Dua enjoyed a pampering session as she headed to a salon.

The chart-topper was seen having her hair done while she happily chatted to a pal.

Meanwhile, Anwar cut a solo figure as he was spotted out and about in New York. 

It comes after Dua took a break from her promotional duties for new single Hallucinate to share a stunning throwback snap to Instagram on Tuesday.

The singer was sure to set pulses racing as she wore a sleeveless black corset that had a plunging neckline to show a glimpse of her cleavage.

Dua kept her accessories simple for the look by wearing a pink heart necklace and two pendant necklaces to add a glittering touch.

The singer’s raven tresses were brushed into a sleek, straight style and she used a glamorous palette of make-up for the snap.

Her snap appeared to be a throwback, as Dua has sported ombre locks in lockdown and seemed to be asking fans if she should dye her hair again as she wrote in the caption: ‘should I bring her back?’

Dua recently revealed she’d finally returned to America with boyfriend Anwar, following an idyllic getaway on the island of St Lucia.

The young couple were welcomed back by Anwar’s mother Yolanda with a heartfelt post uploaded to Instagram earlier this month. 

Despite being eager to return, the couple had to quarantine in the Caribbean beforehand to isolate as Dua is not a registered US citizen.

They had originally been holed up in ‘a random Airbnb’ in London, after the award-winning belter returned home from her Australian tour to find her flat flooded.  

Speaking on Good Morning Britain recently, Dua, who has just released her second album, said things are going well as she enjoys some rare downtime with Anwar.

‘I’m still in the airbnb, it’s all good,’ she told the ITV show. ‘My boyfriend and I are used to it, we travel a lot so we can make anywhere home. 

‘I got back from Australia and when the self-isolation thing started to happen, I quickly had to find a spot.’ 

Speaking about lockdown with Anwar, she said: ‘I’m with my boyfriend Anwar. We’ve been playing Xbox, reading and trying to learn new recipes. 

‘Yesterday we made lamb maeloubah – Anwar’s dad sent us the recipe. It was fun to cook together, which is lucky because it was a three-hour activity; it’s the most ambitious thing I have ever set out to make.

‘It’s quite rewarding when it turns out like the picture. Today I’m making a leek stew my mum would cook, which really takes me back to my childhood.

‘Anwar has been dyeing my hair all kinds of colours – pink, orange, red – it has been a different colour every week.’
