Monroe is twin sister to Moroccan Scott, the children Mariah shares with her ex-husband, recently disgraced media personality Nick Cannon.
This week, Cannon, 39, was let go from Viacom/CBS, where he had a long-running contract, due to anti-semitic remarks he both supported and made on a recent podcast.
As of Wednesday night, the Wild N’ Out creator and host tweeted his regrets for the comments, extending ‘deepest and most sincere apologies to my Jewish sisters and brothers’.
