He made an emotional plea to his 4.1million Instagram followers on Wednesday to help track down his missing labradoodle.

And Orlando Bloom and pregnant fiancée Katy Perry were seen searching for missing dog Mighty in Montecito, California later that day.

The ‘heartbroken’ actor, 42, and his singer love, 35, looked focused as they combed the neighbourhood in a bid to track down Mighty.

Katy, who is just days away from giving birth to a daughter, displayed her bump in a pastel pink dress as she chatted with Orlando.

The star wore a white visor hat and wore her platinum locks in a sleek updo.

Search: Orlando also wore a sunhat, teamed with a sweater and shorts, as the couple prepared to hit the streets. 

The Lord of the Rings actor took to Instagram to plead for help in the hunt for Mighty, posting photos of the red labradoodle, writing: ‘MIGHTY IS MISSING in Montecito California he is chipped and his collar has a number to call.

He adopted Mighty back in 2017, around the time Katy adopted a nearly identical dog, whom she named Nugget.

Orlando revealed last June that he had his previous dog Sidi’s skeleton displayed in his home after the black Saluki mix died in 2016 of liver disease.   

He told Dogs Monthly: ‘He was a great companion and I was very upset when he died. I had his skeleton mounted so that he stays with me.

The Lord of the Rings actor added of Mighty: ‘He gets star treatment all over the world and enjoys being famous.’

He constantly features Mighty on Instagram, even bringing him along to Milan Fashion Week back in February.

Bloom is just days away from welcoming a daughter with Katy, 35, who announced the pregnancy back in March, revealing her baby bump in the Never Worn White video.
