Abbie Chatfield could RETURN to Bachelor in Paradise to shake things up

Viewers were left shocked when Abbie Chatfield was sent home from Bachelor in Paradise on Thursday after just two episodes.

But speculation is growing that the 25-year-old could return to the Mango Bay Resort to stir up some much-needed drama.

Daily Mail Australia can reveal that Abbie spent a total of 10 days in Fiji late last year, which seems too long for someone who was sent home at the first Rose Ceremony.

Is Abbie coming back? Speculation is growing Abbie Chatfield could return to Bachelor in Paradise to stir up trouble, after being sent home on Thursday after just two episodes

Abbie was spotted catching a flight to Fiji from Brisbane Airport on November 3, accompanied by her co-star Brittany Weldon.

She was pictured flying back to Australia on November 13, looking rather downcast.

Given the fact she had spent more than a week overseas, it’s possible producers kept her in Fiji for a few days after her elimination so she could film additional scenes.

She may have been allowed back into the resort to settle her scores with Cassandra Mamone, her main rival, or Jamie Doran, the man responsible for her exit.

Abbie was left stunned on Thursday’s episode when Jamie, 40, double-crossed her by giving his rose to Brittney Weldon at the first Rose Ceremony.

He had guaranteed Abbie his rose earlier in the day, but also made the same promise to Brittney.

‘You’re not going home, OK? I’ll make sure you get a rose, alright?’ he told Abbie after she begged him to save her.

Following her exit, Abbie was flooded with support on Twitter from fans who vowed to boycott the show because she was the ‘only interesting’ contestant.

‘Nooooooo! Abbie was the only interesting one. I hope there’s more drama coming, otherwise I’m done,’ on viewer tweeted.

‘Okay well that was fun for two episodes, I don’t wanna watch without Abbie,’ another wrote.

‘Jamie’s keen on me. I’m not keen on Jamie. But I’d be fine to accept a rose from him. It’s just so I can get through to the next round of boys,’ she said.

She was completely taken by surprise when Jamie chose Brittney instead, stammering: ‘I’m fine. I’m fine. I’m fine… I cannot believe this!’

Meanwhile, Jamie said he felt like the victim, despite having promised both Abbie and Brittney a rose knowing he could only give out one.

‘Why does the drama follow me around? I honestly don’t know. Feel like I’m in a bit of a firestorm already,’ he said.
