It appears the couple celebrated their anniversary by going ‘glamping’, with Luisa sharing a snap of herself inside a teepee that was decorated on the outside with balloons.

The loved-up duo had a civil partnership in 2006 and officially got married in 2015, with their daughters serving as bridesmaids.

Luisa and Annette adopted the pair, who are 17 and 16, and they have always made a concerted effort to keep them out of the spotlight.

However, the actress – who adopted the girls when they were three and four years old – previously admitted she burst into tears when she saw them for the first time.

Luisa – who has also appeared in Bad Girls, Holby City and This Life – shared: ‘We saw a picture and I burst into tears.

‘I knew the girls were my children. I’d bought them clothes before we had even been approved to have them.’
