Ashley James slips into lingerie and cradles her growing baby bump for a candid snap

She is expecting her first child this year with partner Tom Andrew. 

And Ashley James proudly showed off her growing bump in a candid post on Instagram on Sunday.

The former Made in Chelsea star, 33, looked radiant as she posed up a storm in a matching lingerie set.

The reality star slipped into white underwear as she held her bump while posing on her bed.

She added a long caption to the snap where she talked about her changing body during pregnancy.

She said: ‘I’m really loving the experience of being pregnant, but one thing I’m struggling to get my head around is the ever increasing size of my boobs!

‘It took me years to love and accept my body after years of being hyper sexualized and judgement starting from as young as 14, when I was a 30GG. 

‘It lead to me feeling shame, until I realised that my body was not the issue, the objectification of it was. 

‘I get so many messages from fellow big-boobed women who cover up despite it making them feel frumpy because they can’t be bothered with the looks and comments (from men and women).’

She added: ‘Now that I’m nearing the halfway point of my pregnancy, my boobs have already grown 5 sizes. 

I feel totally out of proportion, and I’m struggling to keep up with my ever changing bra sizes and finding ways to dress that don’t swamp my body. I’m working on finding good lingerie and swimwear to share with you though, so any recommendations let me know.’ 

It was only last month that the celebrity DJ announced on Instagram that she is expecting a baby with her boyfriend of nine months, Tom Andrew.

Ashley spent six years single before settling down with tech professional Tom in October, however, the couple first met ten years ago. 

The blond beauty admitted she was never particularly maternal, but she has found a new form of elation and contentment with her impending motherhood.

The couple’s commitment to one another has blossomed with Tom giving Ashley a Cartier Trinity ring, although she insists that they’re ‘not interested’ in engagement or marriage, and want the accessory to ‘symbolise’ them and their baby as a family.
