Kaisa Tyni ran the top 1,500 meters in the preliminaries of the Kaleva Games

Kaisa Tyni pinched the women’s top result in the 1,500-meter season at 4.25.40 in the preliminaries of the Kaleva Games in Turku. Tyn, who represents Pyhtää Company, had his best time in the second summer.

Last season, Tyni suffered from Overweight problems, but now the mood of the 30-year-old runner is rising towards the Kaleva races. The Finnish Championship medals will be fought in Turku on 13-16. August.

– It was a pretty good run alone. It had pretty steady rounds. That was pretty much a decent performance when pulled alone, but it is better to know when there is competition, Tyni said in a statement from the Sports Federation.

Tyn has two bronzes from the Kaleva Games.

In addition to Tyn, the Turku race saw success on fast trips. Johanna Kylmänen ran in the women’s 100-meter preliminary 11.83. The winning time for the final was 11.91. Joona Luotonen took the men’s 100th final with a record 10.66.
