Experienced striker Antti Pihlström continues his second season as the so-called fine general of the KHL club Jokers.
Year after year, the Jokers elect a finals general from among the players, who oversees that the team’s internal rules are followed.
In the beginning of the term, Marko Anttila and Alex Grant, whose foreign players from the Helsinki club have voted for the position, will also be on the board of this instance.
– Pihlström’s time as a fine general has not been just dancing with roses, although there are many on the team who are happy with his work. In the last Christmas calendar in particular, foreign players raised grievances and even outright accusations against Pihlström, the Jokerit sculpting on its website.
