Goalkeeper Antti Raanna’s disappearance from the Arizona Coyotes exchange bench spoke in hockey in the NHL on Tuesday. Raanta started the fight against the Nashville Predators as Coyotes’ second guard, but in the second installment, Adin Hill sat on the bench in his place.

The official reason for Raanna’s absence was “unfit to play.” It is common for all players on the sidelines in the NHL finals, as the league has banned providing more detailed information about injured or sick players.

Arizona head coach Rick Tocchet opened the door a little after all.

– Something happened in the warm-up (to Raanna). We’re talking about Wednesday’s goalie selection tonight (Tuesday) tonight.

Darcy Kuemper has been responsible for Arizona’s combat work in both matches against Nashville.

According to some TV images, Raanta got a shot of his own player in his mask warming up. However, it was surprising that the Finnish guard was not immediately pulled aside, but started the match on the bench.

Nashville beat Arizona 4-2 and tied the NHL playoff qualifier round wins to 1-1. The teams will meet again on Wednesday at 21.30 Finnish time. The actual playoffs in the NHL can be reached with three wins.

– Whether you were a player or a coach, you have to have a short memory. Of course, we’re disappointed with a few things, but I don’t think they gave Nashville a lot of seats as a whole, Tocchet saw.
