Carolina Hurricanes marched on from the playoffs against the New York Rangers with a straight match win 3-0. Sebastian Aho became the biggest hero of the last match with 2 + 1 powers, but a big thank you also goes to the one who raced on the back lines. To Sami Vatanen.
In the second set, the match was exactly 1-1 in the readings when the Rangers got a tough Munch in the Carolina area. Keeper James Reimer stretched a few for a great fight, but Vatanen stole the biggest attention.
