Janette Lepistö, a joker representing Lapua Virki, has reached the limit of 500 strokes in the women’s Superpesis as the 11th player through time. The festive run was born at home against Fera from Rauma in Wednesday’s round.

Virkia’s own bred only needed 153 matches to achieve. Of the 500 players beaten, only one of the all-time female baseball players of all time, Tuula Rantanen, who reached the age of 75 on Tuesday, has reached a tougher average per match (181 matches, 111 + 568 hits, 499 imported).

Lepistö has celebrated as a batting queen and power player five times in a row. The current season was overshadowed by a minor injury, which left Lepistö missing five matches.

The seventh season of his career at Superpesis is underway. Lepistö celebrated the Finnish championship in its first two main series seasons 2014-15 and won the title of girl baseball player of the year in 2015. After becoming a Super Nest, Lepistö has played in all possible value matches, six times in the East West and three times in the Federation Press match.

Of the active players, only Susanna Puisto from Pesäkarhujen in Pori is in the Lepistö ahead of time batsman statistics.
