Loimu, who plays in the Volleyball Championship League, announced about a month ago the composition of the team that will complement the US midfielders Nick Amado, but now the Raisio players will have to start the search process for a new midfielder.
Loimu opens a surprising situation today on his website.
– Amado first announced through his agent and then by contacting himself that he is forced to terminate his contract and end his professional career due to the Korona situation. Just a month ago, Amado said in Loimu’s press release that he was really pleased to have a deal in these difficult times, Loimu writes.
Amado assures that his career is over.
– Recent times have been really difficult for my family here in the United States. I had to go to work and stay close to my family to support them. I will not pursue my career in any other company. I regret the fact that this situation is put in an awkward situation of the club.
In the difficult situation, Loimu was sympathetic and would start applying for a new central counselor immediately. The team’s central steward department currently consists of Eetu Mäki and Aleksei Zhbankov and Aatu Vihola, who is in the training ring.
