Gnistan, who plays in Football No. 1, played for the first time today under his new head coach, but it didn’t wake up the team enough.
The home crowd cheered when, after 3 minutes, Gnistan’s charge up the middle resulted in the keeper making one of his best saves of the day. Aatu Manninen was responsible for the hit.
For the first time, Ricardo Duarte was at the helm of Gnistan, replacing Roberto Nuccio, who was fired earlier this week.
Gnistan has only scored two points this season and is third in the series.
In the second struggle of the day, MuSa and the EIF faced. MuSa from Pori was better 1-0. The scorer was Juuso Aalto in the 80th minute.
MuSa, who grabbed his fourth consecutive victory, was already third in the series.
