James Blake’s magic on rap holds – a chilling mood with a music video
Flatbush Zombies and James Blake in collaboration.
Last year Assume Form album released James Blake flash their skills as a producer.
This time Blake’s production can be enjoyed by the rap band Flatbush Zombies, whose smoky sound Blake is certainly suitable for. The song produced by Blake is called afterlife. Blake has collaborated with rappers in the past, as examples, among others RZA, André 3000 and Kendrick Lamar.
Afterlife is the third release of the year for this band, which has popped up in Finland as well. Before that, one ep and one single have been released. In total, Flathbush Zombies has released two studio albums in their careers.
At the same time, a music video was released about the song, which gets to the surface, so to speak. And when the life after death is rapted, the mood is, of course, chilling.
