Kimi Räikkönen’s points account still shows a circular zero after four F1 races. Räikkönen admits the silence of the car driven by Ferrari’s engine, but does not put everything at its peak.
Räikkönen, who was right on the team radio at Silverstone last weekend, demands a much smoother overall performance from the Alfa Romeo stable. The occasional, even amateurish strategic mistakes made by the stable make the veteran’s blood bubble.

Despite this, Räikkönen still believes that it is possible to rise to the top ten in a matter of days. However, it also requires seamless collaboration and success on the part of the team.
– But we really have to get everything out of the car and the team. We have not yet succeeded. Coordination work between the team and the drivers can always be improved. Silverstone’s second race offers the team the opportunity to learn from the information of previous weekends, Räikkönen formulates.
The first two free practice sessions will be run on the Silverstone track today.
– We continue to experiment with different things to see if it (car) gets better or worse. Sometimes you try completely different things in your exercises to see if the car could get better with it in some areas.
