The Florida Panthers dropped out of the NHL playoffs on Friday.

The New York Islanders crushed the Panthers ’5-1 reading on Friday and pushed the qualifiers into a 3-1 lead with match wins.

In Florida, it has started to turmoil right after the fall. Hockey journalist Andy Strickland says on Twitter that team GM Dale Tallon is getting fired.

– I’ve heard that Florida Panthers is coming changes. The club is getting rid of Dale Tallon, Strickland writes on Twitter.

Tallon has been a GM in Florida since 2010. The Panthers have advanced to the NHL playoffs only three times in his era.

The captain of the Panthers is the Finnish star Aleksander Barkov. The club is also represented by Finnish striker Erik Haula.
