Nico Hülkenberg will also be driving this weekend in the role of the successor to the British GP Racing Point team.

Hülkenberg of Germany was called in for an early warning over last weekend’s British race weekend when Sergio Perez, a Mexican driver at a Racing Point stable called “Pink Mercedes”, was diagnosed with a coronavirus infection.

The team confirmed on Friday that the crown test performed on Perez on Thursday had also proved positive.

The first free practice of the British GP this weekend will start at 1 pm Finnish time.
