Manchester City took a huge step towards a relegation in the Champions League against Real Madrid on Friday night.
City already took the 3-1 lead in the match in the pair.
City can thank Real Madr defender Raphael Varane for his lead. The world champion hit the ball badly and gave it as a gift to Gabriel Jésus, who fed in front of the goal and Raheem Sterling punched City 1-0 into the lead.
City won the first leg in March with goals 2-1, so it’s now really close to a place to continue.
City has never won a Champions League before.
