The KHL season 2020-2021 is scheduled to begin in less than a month, even though Russia currently has a high rate of coronavirus infections.
The Jokers announce on Twitter that it will play its season opener in the away pitch on September 3, when Dinamo Minsk will face off. The first home game, on the other hand, is on September 9 against Neftehimik Nizhnekamski.
The Jokers have not yet announced whether it will be allowed to play its matches in Finland or whether it will face a temporary move to Russia.
The match program for the entire KHL season will be announced later on Friday.
