Jackie, who is living in an apartment in Melbourne during filming, also said that some people don’t seem to be taking the virus seriously.

She had previously revealed on her breakfast radio show on August 3 that the COVID safety precautions on set were ‘so over the top’.

‘There’s a lot of stuff that’s different now. There’s a lot of sanitising going on,’ she said.

Jackie added that the judges are positioned far away from each other on stage, and separated with perspex screens.

‘People can’t be near each other, we’ve got partitions in between us. There’s a lot of stuff going on. We can’t even stand next to one another,’ she revealed.

‘In terms of us following protocol, you just couldn’t get any stricter.’
