Kanye West has made a public peace offering to his mother-in-law Kris Jenner weeks after he branded her ‘Kris Jong-un’ and accusing her of white supremacy.
The 43-year-old rapper took to Twitter to praise his 64-year-old mother-in-law Kris Jenner just weeks after comparing her to Supreme Leader of North Korea, Kim Jong-un, on the same social media platform.
He praised her music compiling skills as he wrote: ‘My mother in law Kris Jenner … makes the best music playlist.’

On July 22, the rapper made waves during a tirade on the microblogging site in which he blasted Kris and also accused she and Kim Kardashian of ‘white supremacy.’
Of Kris and Kim, Kanye claimed that ‘they tried to fly in with two doctors to 51/50 me’, referring to a section of California law under which people can be confined for mental health reasons.
West had alleged just 24 hours earlier that ‘Kim was trying to fly to Wyoming with a doctor to lock me up like on the movie Get Out’ after his troubling appearance at the South Carolina campaign rally, his first since announcing on July 4 that he was entering the 2020 race.

‘I been trying to get divorced since Kim met with Meek at the Warldolf [sic] for ‘prison reform”, Kanye said last night, adding: ‘This my lady tweet of the night… Kris Jong-Un’.
Seemingly going off on a tangent, he added in the same tweet that ‘Lil Baby my favorite rapper but won’t do a song wit me’.
As he was referencing when Kim met fellow rapper Meek Mill at a hotel, in his next tweet he wrote: ‘Meek is my man and was respectful. That’s my dog. Kim was out of line.
‘I’m worth $5 billion and more than that through Christ. But you’ll ain’t listen to MJ but you’ll believe them???’.
Kanye had also shared his texts with Kris Jenner in which he threatened to ‘go to war’ if she did not return his calls.
The first message read: ‘This Ye, you ready to talk now or are still avoiding my call?’, while the second, posted a day later, said: ‘This Ye, you wanna talk or go to war?’.
He captioned the screenshot: ‘White supremacy at its highest no cap.’
Twitter went wild at the time as ‘Kris Jong-un’ began trending in addition to floods of memes being posted.

After the social media outburst, Kanye and Kim went on a ‘make or break’ seven-day trip to the Dominican Republic.
Things seemed to have gone positively for the couple as according to multiple sources, the talks went well and now both are much ‘happier.’
‘They had a good family week in the Dominican Republic,’ a source told People. ‘Kim and Kanye are getting along. They both seem much happier.’
It was added: ‘He is really enjoying his family time right now. Honestly he’s in a great place and feeling creatively inspired.’
As far as the trip, ‘they decided to travel together so they can be away in private. Between the kids, work, and dealing with Kanye’s bipolar episodes, it’s been hard for her to think clearly.’

People added that it was Kanye’s idea to go on a vacation together and Kim agreed. That came just after Justin Bieber urged West to contact his wife and apologize to her, which he did.
According to TMZ, they ‘spent a week in a fortress-like estate on a Dominican beach, as Kim and Kanye hashed out problems in their marriage.’
UsWeekly‘s source stated: ‘Kanye’s in a great place. He’s feeling creatively inspired and enjoying his family time.’
The couple were joined by all four kids – North, seven, Saint, four, Chicago, two, and Psalm, one – as the brood landed on Sunday in Miami.

After years of being friends, the two rappers first started feuding publicly in 2016 when Kanye ranted on stage about Jay and Beyonce’s behavior, which included him famously calling out the couple for skipping his and Kim Kardashian‘s wedding.

Things got worse the following year when Kanye alleged that he was owed about $3.5 million in unpaid royalties from Jay’s music, podcast and video streaming service, Tidal.
Kanye maintained he brought-in 1.5 million users to Tidal with the release of his studio album The Life Of Pablo on the service.
Eventually Kanye split from the platform, which resulted in the two stars battling it out with their lawyers, and slamming each other in raps and interviews.
But sources close to both stars maintain the two sides reached an agreement on the Tidal dispute last year according to TMZ.
