Bella Varelis is one of the front-runners to win Locky Gilbert’s heart on The Bachelor.
And on Wednesday, footage surfaced of the 25-year-old getting emotional while watching her red carpet arrival alongside her friends and family.
At a private viewing party in Sydney, the marketing professional was seen holding back tears as her mother sobbed into a tissue beside her.

Bella’s first meeting with Locky, which was filmed months ago, appeared to be hard for some of the guest at the viewing party to watch.
Footage shared to Instagram by one of Bella’s friends showed her mother, Kim, choking back tears with a bunch of tissues at the ready.
Several women gathered for the season premiere, and they all screamed when Bella stepped foot out of the limousine.
Meanwhile, Bella covered her face with her hands as she watched herself on TV.

One of her friends cryptically said ‘Oh, the music is sad!’ as Bella began crying.

However, it’s important to note that Bella did not show any aversion towards Locky or her portrayal while reacting to the premiere.
