Teddi Jo Mellencamp has denounced trolls for ‘saying they wish I was dead’ and ‘wishing harmful things on my children’ in her Instagram comments.

The 39-year-old Real Housewife Of Beverly Hills had to disable comments on a previous Instagram post Wednesday plugging that night’s fiery episode of the series.

In a video she posted to the social media site this Thursday she said that ‘coming after people you do not know and wishing they die has gotta stop.’

‘Next level’: Teddi Jo Mellencamp has denounced trolls for ‘saying they wish I was dead’ and ‘wishing harmful things on my children’ in her Instagram comments

Teddi, who is the daughter of singing star John Mellencamp, went makeup free as she filmed herself for her Instagram page.

‘Hey, guys,  I just wanted to record a quick message here for a second. So I’m sure some of you’ve noticed that I had to delete commenting off my last post, and there’s something I wanted to say about that,’ she began.

‘I have always loved doing Real Housewives – the good, the bad and the ugly – because I know it’s an escape for so many people watching,’ Teddi explained.

‘I know when I watch Potomac, I am laughing, I am loving it, I am picking my favorites, all of those things that you’re supposed to do on these television shows.’

She added: ‘But what’s happening right now is taking it to the next level. I had so many comments on my last post saying they wish I was dead, wishing harmful things on my children and that’s really where like enough is enough.’

Teddi told her public: ‘You guys tune in for drama, then enjoy the drama, but coming after people you do not know and wishing they die has gotta stop.’

In her caption she wrote: ‘You don’t always have to agree with me. You don’t even have to like me but wishing someone would die is taking it to the next level.’

She went on: ‘Please watch the show. Enjoy it. It’s entertainment and our lives can be crazy! Pick your faves and your villains, laugh, cry, relate etc but wishing death on another human is just wrong on so many levels. I hope those that follow me or those that just come on to troll can understand and respect that this needs to stop.’

Wednesday’s episode included a furious row between Denise Richards and several other Housewives including Teddi during a restaurant dinner in Rome.

Brandi Glanville has alleged that she once had an affair with Denise, who has staunchly denied it and blew up at her co-stars at dinner because she felt she had been relentlessly ‘interrogated’ about the subject.

The group outing erupted into a fight where Denise called her co-stars ‘Mean Girls,’ which other women including Teddi strenuously objected to.

‘I’m glad that you shared how you were feeling, but I also think calling a group of people Mean Girls when you’re saying you’re not a judgmental person is very s***ty,’ Teddi told Denise at the dinner table.

Denise, a onetime Bond girl who was once married to Charlie Sheen, eventually fled the scene before a producer convinced her to return.

During the dinner Denise was also confronted with accusations that she had badmouthed her co-stars to Brandi.

She assiduously denied a number of these stories, swearing on her mother’s grave that she had never referred to Erika Jayne as an ‘icy b****.’

‘Let me just reiterate this. Brandi said to you that Teddi was desperate to be in this friend group and that she rides on her father’s coattails,’ said Erika. Denise agreed.

‘I actually said worse s*** about Teddi than Brandi said I said, so that’s what I’m confused about,’ dished Denise in a confessional.
