Celebrity chef Manu Feildel flaunts his slimmed-down figure in a casual outfit after losing an impressive 12 kilos

He is the celebrity chef who recently revealed he’d lost an incredible 12 kilos.

And on Thursday, Manu Feildel flaunted his trim figure in a casual ensemble as he left the Kyle and Jackie O Show studios in North Ryde, Sydney.

The 46-year-old had been promoting his new Channel Seven program Plate of Origin, which premieres on Sunday.

Manu looked terrific in a pair of blue jeans and a grey T-shirt, which showed off his fitter physique, having recently shed a dozen kilos.

The TV star wrapped up warm against the morning chill with a navy jacket and coordinated with brown boots.

The French-born bon vivant sported a short beard and moustache, which gave an edge to his classically handsome good looks.

Manu recently revealed the secret behind his amazing 12kg weight loss.

In addition to changing his diet, ditching alcohol and joining a gym, he said road cycling had helped his battle with the bulge. 

‘I’ve lost 12kg and I’m happy where I am with that,’ he told Yahoo! Lifestyle on Wednesday.

‘What keeps me motivated to stay active is that if I stop I know how easily those kilos will go back on. Also, I want to be fit and healthy for my family.’

Manu’s new-found passion for cycling has been so intense that he’s set himself a goal to take part in the Noosa Triathlon at the end of October.

Plate of Origin will premiere on Sunday, August 30 at 7pm on Channel Seven
