Kaitlyn Bristowe recently sustained an ankle injury on Dancing With The Stars

But on Sunday, the Bachelorette beauty, 35, was back and ready to hop to it as she arrived at practice, sharing her ankle felt like a ‘new ankle.’

Meeting up in the parking lot with her pro partner Artem Chigvintsev, 38, the pair looked in good spirits a day out from showtime, as they walked to the studio.

Rise and grind: DWTS’s Kaitlyn Bristowe, 35, and her dance partner Artem Chigvintsev, 38, arrive at the studio Sunday for a final day of rehearsal before Monday’s show

For their day of practice,  both kept it casual for the early morning call time. Kaitlyn rocked a pair of grey sweatshorts and a cropped tan shirt that she layered under a camo printed windbreaker.

She wore her flowing blonde locks down, capping her look off with a pair of chunky white platform sneakers and an oversized bag of practice gear.

Noticeably absent from her ankle was any sort of tape, though she did reveal to Instagram that she was on painkillers.

Though standing next to her partner, both kept their face masks on to protect those around them as they walked to rehearsal.

Nervous energy: Taking to Instagram as she woke up before practice, Kaitlyn shared with her 1.8M followers that she was up for at least three hours in the middle of the night with anxiety about Monday's show

The Russian dancer and fiance to former DWTS partner Nikki Bella, could be seen locking his car and carrying a LaCroix as they made their way to camera block.

At one point the two were kind enough to pose for a photo, with Artem throwing a peace sign and Kaitlyn giving a warm smile for the camera.

He added more flare to his outfit with a blue bandana face mask, and a jumbo size Slurpee from 7-eleven.

Sharing to his Instagram story, Nelly revealed that he made a pit stop at Trejo’s donuts on the way, as a treat.

She revealed that her brain could not seem to compute the steps of the Viennese waltz, sharing that no matter how many times they go over it, she still walks out of the studio and feels unprepared.

‘My brain just cannot pick up, all the one two three counts, and forward side back, back side forward’ as she started to spiral about all the complexities of the dance.
