Hilaria Baldwin and her kids pose for photo at their NYC apartment for first time in seven months

Hilaria Baldwin has got her hands full with five growing children.

On Thursday, the 36-year-old author and wife to 62-year-old Alec Baldwin paid a visit to the family’s NYC apartment for the first time in seven months.

The family has been in lockdown at their second home in the Hamptons on Long Island.

Homeward bound: Hilaria Baldwin, 36, shared a mirror selfie with her five children, as they visited their NYC apartment for the first time in seven months. Calling the place a ‘time capsule,’ Hilaria and the kids took baths and ordered takeout, before returning to their country home

Taking a mirror picture in their ‘go to selfie spot’, Hilaria and kids Carmen, seven, Rafael, five, Leonardo, four, Romeo, two, and one-month-old, Eduardo, took a family photo.

Penning a love letter to their city home, Hilaria wrote, ‘Our mirror! And Edu’s first selfie in it,’ as she inducted the newborn into the hallway selfie tradition.

She posted, ‘If you checked my stories yesterday, you saw that we went home to our apartment for the first time in 7 months. It was magical and emotional. The kids were so excited to see their rooms, beds, toys…Eduardo had never been home before.’

Continuing to process the feeling of being back, she shared, ‘I got super emotional because it looked like we had never left it,’ calling the space ‘a time capsule.’

‘My toothbrush right where I had last used it, my shoes by the front door…none of us ever imagined that this would last so long. We visited shortly and then decided to take this in our way out. We love you, NYC…we love you home,’ she wrote.

Lastly, she took a second to appreciate the ‘ugly hallway,’ which had been their trusted spot for daily photos.

The kids were suited up in pajamas after taking baths, with Hilaria adding that the pjs were, ‘kinda small,’ as they had not been worn in seven months.

She playfully placed Edu on the bed she and Alec share, before making sure her four other children were washed and fed.

The family drove back to their country house after gathering a few belongings, and ordering takeout from one of their favorite places, Il Cantinori.

As they made their way to the car, Hilaria held Edu in jeans and adidas sneakers, wearing a black and white patterned shirt, as she took the snap.

All members of the family wore masks, while Carmen, Rafael, and Leo, grasped on to their respective toys.

Romeo was decked out in a Spiderman set and yellow duck boots, as Hilaria shared that she let the kids, ‘dress themselves.’

Upon arriving upstate, Hilaria posted a photo of husband Alec, talking to their daughter in bed, as he held one of her toys.

On Friday, the gang appeared to return to life as usual, as the kids kept themselves occupied with arts and crafts.

At one point, she showed kids Carmen and Rafael, holding beakers of liquid, as she joked her kids had ‘apparently made a COVID vaccine and cure.’

Coining her kids as ‘Baldwinitos,’ she asked her 823K followers, ‘which vaccine would you trust more?’

The wife of outspoken actor-comedian, Alec – who plays Donald Trump on SNL – made a subtle dig at the president and his administration, for not yet having a concrete vaccination plan.

NYC has been a virus hotspot since March, which caused the family to flee the city.

Last week, Hilaria shared a facetime photo of she and Alec, while he was dressed up as the president for his SNL appearance.

The couple, also virtually appeared as guests on the Ellen show with their newborn, back in September.
