Noel Gallagher is slammed for ‘breaking strict Covid rules in London by partying with friends past 10pm’ at bash to celebrate wife Sara’s 49th birthday

He has already courted controversy for refusing to wear a ‘pointless’ face mask, and has even gone to the extent of chartering a private jet to avoid wearing PPE.
And Noel Gallagher was blasted again last night after appearing to break Covid lockdown curfew rules.
The ex-Oasis frontman was spotted attending a 49th birthday party for his wife Sara at the exclusive Laylow in west London.
The singer-songwriter, 53, left the private members’ club after a night of celebrating at around 12.30am on Friday, according to The Sun.

Family friends and his daughter Anais, 20, are also believed to have attended.
Noel is said to have broken London’s Tier 2 rules by by mixing with people from different households at the party and staying out past 10pm.
Andrew Bridgen MP said: ‘It sets a poor example when a public figure flouts the law.’
MailOnline have approach a spokesperson for Noel for comment.
This is not the first time, the rocker has been accused of not playing by the rules on the Covid lockdown.
Just the day before Noel and wife Sara stepped out for dinner at Scott’s in London for a quieter affair to celebrate her birthday.

But the singer decided to go in without a face mask, calling them ‘pointless’ and saying ‘I choose not to wear one and if I get the virus it’s on me’.
During an interview on The Matt Morgan podcast, Noel explained: ‘Listen to me, it’s not a law. There’s too many f***** liberties being taken away from us now.’
The Oasis star recalled a time he requested to speak to a shop manager when an employee asked him to don a protective mask.

‘I don’t give a f**k. I choose not to wear one and if I get the virus it’s on me, it’s not on anyone else. If every other c***s wearing a mask I’m not gonna catch it off them, and If I’ve got it then they’re not gonna catch it off me. I think it’s a p***take’, he said.
Explaining the lengths he went to to dodge wearing a mask, Noel, 53, revealed that he and five pals travelled by private plane so they wouldn’t be ‘marched’ around the airport being told what to do.
He told The Sun: ‘There was six of us and we were like, “‘f going to Heathrow and being marched around and being told what to do”.

‘So we went by private jet and it was very pleasant.
‘It’s not something I do often because they are expensive for what they are but the ballache of having to get on a plane in a mask. I was just like, ‘F*** it’.’
Last month, UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced that repeatedly refusing to wear a face mask could lead to a fine of up to £3,200.
At present those who do not cover their faces can be ordered to pay a penalty of £100 – or £50 if they pay within a fortnight.
