Chris Hemsworth is treating his fans to a little meditation to take the edge of this stressful year. 

The 37-year-old actor shared a preview of his new video series to Instagram on Monday, showing fans a number of relaxing poses. 

He said in the soothing voice over: ‘Affirmations that positively, absolutely, probably, most likely, won’t make your 2020 worse, by Chris Hemsworth.

In his caption, he explained that the full series was coming soon and was made in conjunction with Centr fitness app. 

The short video clip showed Chris with his hands pressed together as if praying and his legs crossed in a number of locations, including stripped down to his swimwear as he pulled off the pose underwater in a pool.

The Watermelon Sugar hitmaker, who initially invested in the company’s Series A back in 2018, voices the new Dream With Me story.
