She has impressed everyone with her incredible weight loss journey since the start of the year.

And on Wednesday, Rebel Wilson showed off the fruits of her labour as she flaunted her slimmed down figure during a training session with SAS Australia Chief Instructor, Ant Middleton.

The actress, 40, shared a photo of herself posing on top of a dune buggy and dressed in a baggy pink shirt and shiny, black fitted leggings.

‘Let’s do this @antmiddleton,’ the Pitch Perfect star wrote in the caption. 

On her Instagram story, she also posted a photo of herself in the front passenger seat as her friend and hair stylist, Nicole Leal, made her finishing touches.

The Hustle actress followed up with a photo of herself beaming in the car alongside Ant, who smiled for the selfie.

‘Well I survived Day 1 with @antmiddleton,’ she said in the caption.

The Australian stunner showed off her significant weight loss in a stylish low-cut green swimsuit as she posed for a slew of Instagram images with her 29-year-old sibling.

Rebel looked every inch the blonde bombshell in the sexy collared one-piece by Magicsuit Swimwear and pulled her zipper low enough to show off her ample assets.

Taking to Instagram, she wrote: ‘Thanks for all the love so far on my ‘Year of Health’ journey.

According to People magazine, Rebel’s remarkable transformation is partially down to following the Mayr Method diet plan.

‘It’s an approach that eliminates food intolerances, reduces sugar, encourages eating whole foods slowly, boosts the immune system and reduces inflammation,’ a source said.

Her personal trainer Jono Castano Acero revealed to E! Australia that during a typical week, Rebel does a combination of HIIT workouts, mobility, weights and resistance, and has just one day per week of rest.
