Tobias Andersson, 31, and Anis Fouad Hemissi, 23, both from Sweden, have already been charged with his murder.

Andersson appeared at court on Monday via video link from HMP Wandsworth following his extradition to the UK from Sweden last week.

He is charged with murder and faces a plea and trial preparation hearing at the Old Bailey on 26 January next year.

Hemissi, from Malmo, denies murder and possession of a handgun earlier this year.

In a court hearing on Monday, Catherine Farrelly, prosecuting, alleged that Andersson met with alleged gunman Hemissi in the days leading up to the assassination.

She claimed Andersson flew to Britain to provide Hemissi with a disguise and firearm.

In addition, last month Clifford Rollex, 30, of Islington, north London, was charged with perverting the course of public justice in connection with the murder.

He was bailed to next appear at Wood Green Crown Court on November 30, the Metropolitan Police said.
