Singer Amy Shark reveals what Nicole Kidman is REALLY like

Amy Shark has recalled the incredible moment she met Nicole Kidman during a dinner party at Russell Crowe’s home in New York City.

Speaking on KIIS FM’s Kyle and Jackie O show, the singer revealed what the Australian actress, 53, is really like, and told co-hosts Kyle Sandilands and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson she was ‘everything she wished she was’. 

 ‘I would be here all day if I spoke about how sweet the lady is. She’s everything that I wish I was,’ she said.

‘She’s calm and kind and gives everyone her time and attention,’ Amy explained.

The ARIA-award winning artist went on to say she’s been ‘so lucky with opportunities and the people I’ve met and the circles that I get to be in’.

In July last year, Amy enjoyed dinner with Nicole, Russell Crowe, and Hugh Jackman’s wife Deborra-Lee Furness in New York.

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph in August, Amy revealed how Nicole complimented her songs.

‘Nicole was telling me different songs of mine she likes and I’m sitting there thinking I’m a little fan that’s won a competition to sit at this table,’ she said.

She continued: ‘But once we start talking I thought, “Wow they’re actually really interested”.

‘Nicole is such a sweetheart, I was telling her a few stories about what has happened to me and she has this massive, genuine laugh.’

Academy Award-winner Russell Crowe, 56, had organised the surprise dinner, which was also attended by Amy’s husband, Shane Billings.

She also said Deborra-Lee Furness FaceTimed her husband, actor Hugh Jackman, 52, during their meal.
