Pregnant Sylvia Jeffreys hits the beach in a black swimsuit with nine-month-old son Oscar

Sylvia Jeffreys welcomed her first child, son Oscar, earlier this year.

And on Monday, the Today Extra co-host – who is expecting her second child with husband Peter Stefanovic – enjoyed a day at the beach with her baby boy.

The 34-year-old shared a photo of herself wearing a black, one piece swimsuit with a New York Yankees baseball cap.

She was in the shallow water holding up the little nine-month-old, who looked adorable in his blue swimsuit and matching hat.

‘The upside to not being able to visit Qld: Discovering pretty little gems in NSW,’ she wrote in the caption of her Instagram post.

‘This is Hastings Point on an absolute sparkler,’ she said, adding a special thanks to her friend for sharing the local destination. 

Last month, Sylvia announced she is pregnant with her second child on Instagram.

Alongside a photo of Peter, 38, holding up Oscar, Sylvia wrote: ‘When you find out you’re getting a best bud for life.

‘Oscar’s little brother due in April next year. We are so lucky,’ she added, tagging her husband. 

Sylvia has reflected on her fertility struggles in the past. 

She told TV Week magazine: ‘We’re so thrilled after not the easiest path first time around; we’re grateful for this gift, another boy.’

‘Two boys under two is going to be wild if you have any advice how to handle the chaos, let me know,’ she said.
