Even as a little girl Miley Cyrus was a star.

The singer-songwriter seems to be on a bit of a nostalgic kick lately and shared an adorable throwback video of herself ‘runnin lines’ with her dad Billy Ray Cyrus to her Instagram account on Tuesday.

Mile posted the clip, which was shot long before her time as Hannah Montana, the day after her 28th birthday.

Star in the making! Miley Cyrus shared an adorable throwback video of herself ‘runnin lines’ with her dad Billy Ray Cyrus to her Instagram account on Tuesday

In the home video a miniature Miley is no bigger than a minute, seen in a pair of denim overalls and long sleeve white turtleneck.

It’s unclear exactly how old the would-be A-lister is in the clip but she appears not much older than five or six.

Even at that young age, precocious Miley was a natural born performer, memorizing and delivering script lines with her dad.

‘RUNNIN LINES W DADDY BACK IN THE DAY PRE ROBBY RAY X MILEY STEWART,’ Miley captioned the video, referencing the characters they would each play in her star-making Disney show.

During the early to mid 90s, at the height of his country music career, her dad Billy Ray began acting professionally.

The father-daughter-duo practiced his lines together with wild-haired Miley playing his scene partner.

Billy Ray reads his lines like a total pro from one corner of the frame – his iconic mullet instantly recognizable from behind.

The whole scene, which is captured in what appears to be a tiny apartment, made clear that little Miley was meant for the stage.

The star opened up about her sobriety in a new interview with Zane Lowe for Apple Music’s New Music Daily and reveals she stopped drinking two weeks ago.

‘Well, I, like a lot of people, being completely honest, during the pandemic fell off and felt really a lot of … and I would never sit here and go, “I’ve been f—ing sober.” I didn’t, and I fell off and I realized that I now am back on sobriety, two weeks sober, and I feel like I really accepted that time,’ she said.

‘One of the things I’ve used is, “Don’t get furious, get curious,”‘ she added. ‘So don’t be mad at yourself, but ask yourself, “What happened?”‘

The singer explained she didn’t want to talk publicly about breaking her sobriety in recent months but knows she feels her best when she’s not drinking.

‘To me, it was a f*** up because I’m not a moderation person, and I don’t think that everyone has to be f***ing sober,’ she explained.

‘I think everyone has to do what is best for them. I don’t have a problem with drinking. I have a problem with the decisions I make once I go past that level of … Even into, I’ve just been wanting to wake up 100 percent, 100 percent of the time.’

The Midnight Sky hitmaker admitted it’s not been too challenging for her to be sober because she has great self-control.

‘I’m very disciplined,’ she said. ‘Yeah, very disciplined. That’s why it’s never easy, but it’s pretty easy for me to be sober or in and out of sobriety because it’s like the day I don’t want to f***ing do it anymore, I don’t. The day that I do, I do. You know? But when I don’t want to it just is. I’m just very disciplined.’

In June, Miley revealed she’d been sober for six months after having surgery on her vocal cords.

'To me, it was a f*** up because I'm not a moderation person, and I don't think that everyone has to be f***ing sober,' she explained.
